Transfer/Bill Pay Suspension

While it is our preference not to disrupt your daily banking arrangements, there will be an interruption in transfer services through DIGITAL BANKING. No new transfers can be scheduled OR performed in DIGITAL BANKING beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8 – 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15. Transfers scheduled BEFORE 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8th will go through without interruption. We understand this is an inconvenience. To issue a transfer during this time, please call (855) 382-7827 (FUB-STAR) to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

In addition, bill pay services will be briefly suspended from 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 14 – 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15. Please note payments scheduled prior to the suspension period will pay as scheduled, however, during the suspension period you will not have access to Bill Pay and will be unable to schedule any new Bill Pay transactions. All vendors currently set up in Bill Pay WILL transfer over to DIGITAL BANKING+ once the suspension period ends.

  • September 7th, Last day to schedule a transfer BEFORE suspension period begins
  • September 8th through the 14th, Transfer interruption period – no transfers can be made through Digital Banking
  • September 13th, Last day to schedule a bill payment BEFORE suspension period begins
  • September 14th, Bill pay suspension period – no new bill payments may be scheduled
  • September 15th, DIGITAL BANKING+ resumes as normal at 6:00 a.m.

  • What is different about DIGITAL BANKING+?

  • When will the DIGITAL BANKING+ upgrade happen? Will there be downtime during the upgrade?

  • How do I log in for the first time?

    The first time you log in to DIGITAL BANKING+, either on your mobile device or PC, you will log in with your current DIGITAL BANKING username and password and be prompted to reset your password.

  • Will I have to download a new mobile app?

    If you are an Android user: Yes, you will need to download the new First United Bank Mobile App from the Google Play store.

    If you are an Apple user: No. However, you will need to update your current app to the new one.

  • Can I change my login ID?

    Yes. Once you have successfully logged into DIGITAL BANKING+, update your preferred login ID by clicking Settings, then choosing the Security Preferences menu. Through this menu you can change your login ID, password or set up additional security access methods.

  • How much account history will I be able to access?

    You will have access to the past two years of transaction history as well as access to the last two years of eStatements.

  • Will I lose my archived eStatements?

    No. You will still have access to the previous two years of statements.

  • What are the web browser requirements for using DIGITAL BANKING+?

    We recommend updating your browser to the latest version available to ensure compatibility and security within DIGITAL BANKING+.
