Katie Scholl’s lemonade dreams started in 2014 and her big ideas, entrepreneurial spirit and her lemonade stand have only grown bigger in the last eight years! Katie is a junior in high school who not only runs a successful food truck (with the help of her Uncle Larry), but also plays basketball for Monterey High School and is the lead singer of a local band called “All About Alice.” It’s safe to say she is one of the busiest – and most inspiring – high school students we’ve ever met!
