First United Bank Promotes Bryan Chaffin, Vice President
(AMARILLO, TEXAS) – Plains Bancorp, Inc., holding company for First United Bank, announces the promotion of Bryan Chaffin to vice president. Chaffin serves as a commercial lender at the Amarillo Center City Banking Center located at 8th & Tyler St. Chaffin has seven years of experience in the financial industry all of which have been with First United Bank. He is a 2010 graduate of West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. Chaffin is also a 2014 graduate of the Texas Tech University College of Banking. Chaffin has served as a Loaned Executive for United Way of Amarillo and Canyon for three years, volunteers with Junior Achievement and serves on the Board of the High Plains Drifters Soccer Association. In addition, Chaffin fund raises for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, is involved with both the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer coach for several youth soccer teams.
