First United Bank Promotes Shelley Bills, Vice President

(LUBBOCK, TEXAS) – Plains Bancorp, Inc., holding company for First United Bank, announces the promotion of Shelley Bills to vice president. Bills serves as a lending officer at the Dimmitt Banking Center located at 201 N Broadway in Dimmitt, Texas. Bills has 13 years of experience in the financial industry, nine of which have been with First United Bank. She is a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance. In 2015, Bills graduated from the Texas Tech School of Banking. Bills is on the Castro County Hospital Board of Directors and the Dimmitt Chamber of Commerce Board. She is also the co-chairmen of the Castro County Stock Show Finance Committee, a Dimmitt Lions Club Member and a Meals on Wheels volunteer.
