We are excited to welcome Vista Bank customers from Abernathy, Hale Center, Haskell, Idalou, Petersburg, Plainview and Ralls to the First United Bank family. As part of our mission to provide the Ultimate Customer Experience, we have been working tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition.
You should have received a letter containing information about the types of accounts available at First United Bank, as well as charts showing how your Vista Bank accounts will transition to new First United accounts. Soon, you will receive a Customer Conversion Workbook detailing the various aspects of this transition including: a schedule for the transition of accounts, online & mobile banking FAQs, a conversion checklist, debit card conversion information and more.
