We continue to serve you with SafetyFIRST as our number one priority. We have implemented protocols to ensure a safe environment for you and for our First United team members. We are proud to share that these protocols exceed the health and safety recommendations provided by the CDC as well as our state and local officials.
First United Bank strongly recommends that our vulnerable or at-risk customers take extra precautions to protect themselves while conducting their everyday banking needs. While we love to see you in person, the safest way for you to conduct your banking is through DIGITAL BANKING online or through our Mobile Banking App. If you need to speak with a Customer Service Representative please call (855) FUB-STAR (382-7827). We are ready to help you!

The Safest Way To Bank

Here are a few ways you can continue to bank with us while ensuring the health and safety of you and your loved ones.

Economic Impact Payments
As part of the CARES Act recently passed by Congress, you may be eligible to receive an Economic Impact Payment (also known as a stimulus check) in the coming weeks.
The Treasury Department and the International Revenue Service (IRS) began distributing stimulus payments to eligible individuals and households during the last week of December. If you didn’t supply direct deposit information to the IRS, a physical stimulus check will be mailed to you. The first checks, for taxpayers with gross income up to $75,000 for individuals and up to $150,000 for married couples filing joint returns, are currently being distributed. It will likely take several months for all the checks to be distributed.
The safest way to deposit your stimulus check is with mobile deposit. Download our First United Mobile Banking App here.
Visit the Get My Payment portal at IRS.gov for information on eligibility requirements and the status of your payment.
We are working diligently to make banking from home as safe and easy as possible. We hope you’ll find these personal banking products and services helpful. In this time of uncertainty, we’ve got your back.
Mobile Deposit

Enroll in e-Statements
If you’re not enrolled in eStatements, now is the time to do so. Securely receive your monthly bank statements electronically rather than through regular mail. View your statement anywhere you have access to email. eStatements are available for all personal checking and savings accounts.
