TEMPORARY HALE CENTER BANKING CENTER CLOSURE
Our Hale Center Banking Center is temporarily closed due to an unexpected electrical issue discovered during scheduled roof repairs. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We currently anticipate reopening on Monday, July 13, pending the completion of repairs.

During this time, our Hale Center team is available to assist customers from our Plainview Banking Center (3000 Olton Road, Plainview). Customers may also visit our Abernathy (317 Main Street, Abernathy) or Petersburg (1523 Main Street, Petersburg) Banking Centers for assistance.

Please note that the TellerCHAT ITM located at the corner of I-27 and FM 1914 is also temporarily unavailable. TellerCHAT ITM services remain available at our Plainview Banking Center.

Passwords

Before you access the First United Cash Management system, you are required to enter your personal user ID and password. Without the correct login credentials, you will be unable to view or use any Web pages within the online banking system. After your initial login, you will be required to change your temporary password to ensure confidentiality. You are allowed to change your password at any time. For your protection, we recommend you update your password every 60 to 90 days.
